Approach
I wanted this candle holder to be not only decorative but also practical. After settling on the design, I modeled the candle holder in blender and textured it, giving it a metalic brutalist feel.
I wanted this candle holder to be not only decorative but also practical. After settling on the design, I modeled the candle holder in blender and textured it, giving it a metalic brutalist feel.
A 3-parte metallic candle holder, inspired by the brutalist movement, with storage for all your candle lighting needs. The mechanism works by sliding the middle part back and forth, opening the storage area. The candle holder is divided into 3 levels, the first one being the actual candle holder. The mid level contains a space for matches and a small surface that allows you to light them. The bottom level storages a maximum of 4 candles.
